Description: Originally named Metropolitan Park Project Phases 4 and 5, the Bartlett is now the largest new luxury apartment community in the DC metro region located in the center of Pentagon City. In order to achieve its LEED Silver certification, the Bartlett included a green roof and uses efficient central building systems to provide heating and cooling as well as heat recovery and central water boilers. Additionally, EnergyStar lighting and appliances are featured throughout the residential units and shared areas. The Bartlett is a unique example of the continuous sustainable urbanization of the Arlington County neighborhoods.
