Description: Nobu DC is the 38th outpost for the Japanese conglomerate, launched in New York City in the early 90s. Nobu introduced Americans to a new genre of Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine and created then-groundbreaking dishes like sashimi with jalapeño and miso black cod The Project included fit out of high end commercial kitchen and restaurant into mixed used office-condo building. Restaurant space is totaling 11,260 square feet and provides unforgettable experience to sushi lovers.
