Description: The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) was established by congress in 2002. PCAOB is the private-sector, nonprofit corporation that oversee the audits of public companies and other issuers in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, accurate and independent audit reports. The project entails interior office re-design of approximately 146,977 square feet on eight floors within building. Tenant scope included large public hearing room, open and closed office areas, and pantries. The aim of renovation was to provide employee friendly environment which will have positive impact on productivity and employee turnaround. Base building scope included core restroom modernization and adaptation to ADA standards.
